Nutmoo is the essence of the nut with everything removed but the juices and essential oils. Mixed with purified water and a touch of sweet agave nectar, it has a rich, silky flavor that is light on the palate and resembles nothing so much as fresh milk.


Nutmoo is available by direct order and can be delivered to Berkeley, Albany, and Oakland.  Deliveries available on Mondays only.
